Intel has announced that it is discontinuing almost all of its 11th generation Tiger Lake processors, in the midst of the launch of 13th generation Raptor Lake and the upcoming launch of 14th generation Meteor Lake.

Tiger Lake, the successor to Ice Lake, is based on Intel's 10nm SuperFin process node and is aimed at notebooks.
Intel has already discontinued some of the Tiger Lake family of processors since April this year, discontinuing the Tiger Lake-H (45W) and Xeon W SKUs in addition to the entire Tiger Lake B series.
Intel said that as of June 5, the remaining Tiger Lake SKUs, including the Tiger Lake-H35, UP3 (formerly U-series) and UP4 (formerly Y-series) chips, have reached end-of-life (EOL) status.
Intel is also discontinuing the 500 series mobile chipsets after discontinuing nearly all of its Tiger Lake portfolio. Intel announced that the HM570, WM590 and QM580 chipsets have reached EOL status and will not accept orders for Tiger Lake and 500 Series mobile chipsets after October 27. Final orders for processors and chipsets will be shipped by December 29, 2023 and June 28, 2024, respectively.
Intel has indicated that embedded customers are not affected by this discontinuation. Embedded Tiger Lake UP3 processors and corresponding 500 Series mobile chipsets will continue to exist and Intel will notify them otherwise.
