         Wu Qi, executive director of the Wuxi Institute of Digital Economy, believes that my country's chip market is gradually returning to rationality and norms, and this process will also be accompanied by an increase in industry concentration and the reconstruction of order.The simultaneous emergence of "chip shortage" and "destocking" has caused the semiconductor industry chain to begin to differentiate. In fact, the differentiation of the semiconductor industry chain has long been revealed. Generally speaking, the price reduction of chips in general and consumer electronics fields is more obvious, and automotive chips and upstream semiconductor equipment are still in short supply.
        At the same time, Wu Qi believes that in the second half of last year, chip prices generally rose, and in the second quarter of this year, some chip prices fell significantly. Changes in chip prices reflect the structural problems of the industry. Wu Qi said, "The chip is an advanced process technology. If it is a 2-nanometer or 3-nanometer chip, then the capabilities of many of our current manufacturers need to be improved. This part is still in short supply and will not cut prices. But if it is 10 nanometers, The 20-nanometer chip, the technology is very mature, and the price of this part is decreasing.”
        As for the reasons for price fluctuations, Wu Qi put forward his own point of view: "In the past two years, the state has been relatively supportive to the chip industry, and some subsidy policies have also been introduced. Many companies have followed suit, and manufacturers have switched to chip production, which to a certain extent has led to industry disruptions. False prosperity. However, in terms of application scenarios, there has been no major breakthrough, so chip demand is likely to lag behind supply. There are still many companies stocking up, and disorderly low-price competition is common in the market, which are the reasons for the decline in chip prices. "And it is believed that the decline in chip prices will not last for a long time, but there will still be a shortage of automotive chips for a period of time in the future. "Now some chip prices have fallen too far, and after this period of time, the prices will slowly return to a reasonable range in the market."
        All in all, the problems that the chip industry is now exposed to have also appeared in other industries. At present, the chip market is in the process of improving the market order. With continuous guidance, the industry will gradually become more rational. Industry reshuffle is unavoidable, and in the future, the market will be more inclined to companies that truly possess technical strength and can meet market demands. The prospect of domestic substitution is also very broad. In the transformation process of the industrial Internet, the demand for chips is particularly large.
