The CSPEMI400G is an EMI filter array with ESD protection. It incorporates 3 EMI filtering channels (each with ESD protection) and 2 additional ESD protection - only channels. It features ESD protection of ±10kV (IEC 61000 - 4 - 2) and ±25kV (HBM). The attenuation at 1GHz exceeds 30dB. It adopts a 10 - bump 1.960x1.330mm CSP package, is lead - free and RoHS - compliant, and is suitable for applications like SIM card slots in mobile devices.
CSPEMI400 Features
3+2 protection architecture: 3 independent EMI filtering channels (C-R-C, 100Ω/47Ω resistors) + 2 pure ESD protection channels, fully covering SIM card RST/CLK/DAT signals and VCC power supply.
High ESD protection: ±10kV contact discharge (IEC 61000-4-2), ±25kV Human Body Model (HBM), meeting harsh electrostatic environments.
Efficient filtering: >30dB attenuation at 1GHz, cutoff frequency 77-85MHz, suppressing bidirectional interference from high-frequency noise.
Ultra-small package: 1.96×1.33mm 10-bump CSP (WLCSP10), suitable for compact spaces (such as mobile phone SIM card slots).
Reliable and compliant: wide temperature operation from -40℃ to +85℃, lead-free/RoHS certification, integrated with bidirectional ESD diodes (clamping voltage ±12V/-7V).
