        The semiconductor factory that was shut down by the power outage is Toshiba Group's "Japan Semiconductor" Iwate Office, which is mainly engaged in the business of electronic components and storage products, especially automotive MCU chips.
        According to Toshiba, the power outage did not cause damage to the plant's production equipment. In order to restart production, the equipment has been restarted one after another, and some production lines have resumed operation. It is expected to fully restore the production level before the outage on September 17. As for the impact on the company's operations, Toshiba said that in addition to causing the scrapping of chips in production, Toshiba said that it will take time from this shutdown to resumption of work, and it is expected to have an impact on customer shipments.
        The semiconductor factory in Japan has been a little more unexpected recently.
