Alphawave IP, a global leader in high-speed connectivity for global technology infrastructure, today announced the successful flow of its ZeusCORE100® 1-112Gbps NRZ/PAM4 Serial Deserializer (SerDes), Alphawave's first test chip on TSMC's state-of-the-art N3E process. As a Platinum Sponsor, Alphawave IP will showcase this new product and a full suite of high performance IP, chipsets and custom silicon solutions at TSMC's OIP Forum in Santa Clara, CA on October 26th.
The ZeusCORE100® is Alphawave's most advanced multi-standard SerDes, supporting ultra-long channels in excess of 45dB and the most demanding standards such as 800G Ethernet, OIF 112G-CEI, PCIe GEN6 and CXL3.0. Attendees will be able to visit the Alphawave booth and meet with the company's technical experts, including members of the recently acquired OpenFive team, a long-time partner in TSMC's OIP "Value Chain Aggregator" (VCA) program. OpenFive is one of the few companies with the latest technology from TSMC's concept-to-silicon approach and advanced packaging capabilities to access the most advanced and best-of-breed PPAs for fab solutions. With Alphawave's industry-leading IP portfolio, coupled with OpenFive's capabilities, designers can create "systems on core" (SoCs) that package more computing power into smaller form factors to enable networking, artificial intelligence, storage and high performance computing (HPC) applications.

Alphawave is proud to be one of the first companies to adopt TSMC's state-of-the-art 3nm technology," said Tony Pialis, President and CEO of Alphawave. Our partnership will continue to bring innovative high-speed connectivity technologies to power the most advanced data centers, and we are excited to showcase these solutions at the 'TSMC OIP Forum'."
In addition to these demonstrations, Alphawave IP's Vice President of Marketing, Clint Walker, will be showcasing the success of customer Achronix Semiconductor Corporation at the forum in a presentation titled "A High-End SerDes IP-to-FPGA Integration Approach Based on Early Technology Model Availability".  Attendees will be able to learn about a successful product from one of Alphawave IP's first 112Gbps PAM4 SerDes customers.
