When it comes to domestic NAND flash memory, you must first think of Yangtze Memory, but there are many others working hard in this industry.
On August 19, Dongxin Semiconductor revealed in response to investors' questions that the company's NAND Flash flash memory products using 19nm advanced technology have completed the first round of chips and are currently in the process of product debugging. Dongxin said that the company has been continuously researching in terms of updating processes, from 38nm, 24nm to the 19nm process under development, to bring more cost-effective and higher capacity products to customers by updating the process.
Regarding whether it will enter 3D NAND flash memory, Dongxin responded that it is currently focusing on the research and development, design and sales of small and medium-capacity general-purpose memory chips, and is committed to     strengthening the investment and mass production of such chips.
In addition, automotive-grade memory products have higher requirements for various indicators, so the certification and import time are long, and related products are currently in the process of active research and development and import.
According to public information, as a fabless chip enterprise, dosilicon was founded in 2014, with its headquarters in Shanghai and branches or subsidiaries in Shenzhen, Nanjing, Hong Kong and South Korea. It is committed to becoming a leading memory chip design company and serving global customers. Dongxin semiconductor has independent intellectual property rights, focusing on the design, production and sales of medium and small capacity NAND, nor and DRAM chips. It is one of the few memory chip R & D and design companies in China that can provide NAND, nor and DRAM design processes and product solutions at the same time.
