AOS Introduced Low on-resistance 30V MOSFETs

        (AOS, NASDAQ:AOSL), a leading supplier of power semiconductors and chips with integrated design, development, manufacturing and global sales, has announced the launch of the AONS30300, a low ON-resistance 30V MOSFET with a high Safe Operating Area (SOA), ideal for demanding applications such as hot-swap and eFuse, among other demanding applications.
 
 
        The wide range Safe Operating Area (SOA) is essential for MOSFETs in server hot swap applications where robust robustness is required to effectively control high inrush currents. Robustness. The new 30V MOSFET is available in a compact DFN 5x6 package and has a maximum Rd(son) of just 0.58mΩ at Vgs=10V. In addition, the AONS30300 has a maximum junction temperature of 175°C.
