BYD Semiconductor Launches Compact DIP25-B Package IPM Module

        On February 3, it was reported that power semiconductors are the core of variable-frequency appliances, while IPM is an advanced mixed-set success rate device. By adjusting the amplitude and frequency of the IPM output AC power, the speed of the motor can be controlled and the variable-frequency technology can be realized. With the upgrading of energy conservation, emission reduction and intelligence as well as the official implementation of the new national standard of energy efficiency for household appliances, all kinds of white appliances have entered the era of frequency conversion. High-quality and reliable IPM has become an indispensable core technology device for white appliances such as air conditioners, washing machines, dishwashers, frequency conversion fans, refrigerators, etc.
 
 
        DIP25-B IPM is the latest compact and fully plastic packaging IPM module launched by BYD Semiconductor, which is mainly used in low-power variable frequency drives, such as air conditioning fans, refrigerators and washing machines. It has the advantages of small package size, fast switching speed, low power consumption, strong anti-interference ability and high reliability, and achieves the best match with BYD semiconductor IGBT 5.0 chip.
        At the same time, the DIP25-B IPM is internally integrated with a highly reliable high-voltage grid drive circuit, built-in bootstrap diode with current-limiting resistor, integrated with protection functions such as undervoltage, overcurrent and intelligent shutdown, and has its own temperature output function, providing excellent protection and a wide safe working range, suitable for small power white appliances.
        DIP25-B IPM currently has two specifications of 600V/6A and 600V/10A, and the product models are BIP60006B and BIP60010B respectively. In the future, BYD Semiconductor will provide more product specifications according to customer needs.
