Diodes Introduced Precision Power Amplifier that Meets Automotive Specifications

        Diodes Corporation (Nasdaq: DIOD) has introduced two precision power amplifiers (op-amps) for different signal frequency conditions to address the need for advanced signal conditioning in modern automotive designs. -Announced in August, the DIODES™ AS2333Q exhibits minimal quiescent current, making it ideal for addressing functions that continue to be performed even when the vehicle is inactive.
 
 
        The 5.5MHz bandwidth allows the AS2376Q power amplifier to handle 50kHz signals without significant loss of signal accuracy. Its low input noise density (9.5nV/ÖHz) and low frequency noise of 0.8µVpp, coupled with rail-to-rail output, enhance signal integrity. The supply voltage acceptance range of 2.2V to 5.5V allows for greater design flexibility.
        With a quiescent current of only 12μA per amplifier channel, the AS2333Q power amplifier can be used in systems that must always be in operation. Its excellent common-mode rejection ratio (CMRR) over its rail-to-rail input range, coupled with near-zero drift over time and temperature, provides long-term signal accuracy in wide common-mode rail precision product applications. Its 1.8V to 5.5V supply voltage allows it to operate on 3.3V and 5V automotive rails.
