Mobileye Global (MBLY.US), the self-driving company owned by Intel, said it expects to generate more than $17 billion in revenue from its advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS) products by 2030. mobileye said it expects to sell 1.2 million vehicles based on its latest SuperVision product by 2026. By 2028, revenues from its self-driving mobility-as-a-service (MaaS) offering will increase by $3.5 billion.

Mobileye, which was acquired by Intel in 2017 and officially launched in October last year, is understood to be a top player in the ADAS market (ADAS shares components with fully automated driving systems, but at a much lower cost), with car companies such as BMW, Nissan and Volkswagen as its customers.
Current efforts by car manufacturers to integrate assisted driving features to enhance the safety functions of their cars have led to a wider adoption of autonomous driving technology and have benefited companies such as Mobileye. As a result Mobileye has said that it will continue to test its self-driving car technology in 2023.
It's worth noting that even though Mobileye shares fell 3 per cent on Thursday amid overall market weakness, they are still up about 48 per cent from their previous IPO price of $21, giving the company a market cap of nearly $25 billion.
Mobileye has now started development work with a European carmaker on a model expected to be delivered in 2025, while a number of other customers are already in advanced stages of development. Overall, SuperVision-equipped vehicles are expected to reach approximately 1.2 million by 2026.
