Lianfa Tianji 7200 processor is released, adopting the second-generation TSMC 4nm technology

        On February 16, it was reported that MediaTek's high-end processor products include the flagship Tianji 9000 series and the mid-to-high-end Tianji 8000 series. Today, the company released the first chipset of the new Tianji 7000 series, known as the Tianji 7200.
 
 
        LianFake Tianji 7200 adopts the second generation TSMC 4nm technology, which is the same as Tianji 9200 series. It is equipped with two Cortex-A715 cores with a peak frequency of 2.8GHz and six Cortex-A510 cores (frequency unknown). At the same time, it is supplemented by Mali G610 MC4 GPU. This GPU is very similar to the G710 in Tianji 9000, but it has fewer shader cores and can support FHD display with a refresh rate of up to 144Hz. At the same time, it also supports HDR10+, CUVA HDR and Dolby HDR. The HyperEngine 5.0 equipped with Mediatech allows AI-based variable-rate coloring, and also supports UFS 3.1 storage.
        MediaTek said that this chipset is equipped with 14-bit HDR ISP, supports 4K HDR video shooting, and also supports up to 200 megapixel main camera. It can even receive two video streams, each of which can achieve full HD. Due to the built-in APU, the processor also supports some AI driven camera enhancement functions to beautify the real portrait.
        MediaTek 7200 supports the sub-6GHz 5G network with a downlink rate of up to 4.7Gbps. It supports 2CC carrier aggregation and dual 5G SIM, as well as tri-band Wi-Fi 6E and Bluetooth 5.3.
        It is learned that the Tianji 7200 chipset will appear in the 5G smart phones released globally in the first quarter of 2023.
