        Mitsubishi Electric's power semiconductor products help customers realize significant energy savings in a wide range of areas, including automobiles, home appliances, industrial equipment and traction motors. The company's high-performance SiC module products are well known in the industry for their reliable performance. These modules are used in Japan's highly acclaimed high-speed Shinkansen trains, which are known for their outstanding efficiency, safety and reliability.
