It is reported that Samsung's self-developed Exynos 2300 will no longer be used in the Galaxy S23 series flagship phone, but instead in the Galaxy S22 FE, a mid-range device, and now the news of the Exynos 2400 has also come.

It is reported that the Exynos 2400 will be officially mass-produced in November this year, and will be used in the subsequent Korean version of the Galaxy S24 series. It is revealed that Samsung's self-developed Exynos 2300 will no longer be used in the flagship Galaxy S23 series phone, but will be used in the Galaxy S22 FE, a mid-range device. However, it has recently been reported that the Korean version of the new flagship Galaxy S24 series will be equipped with Samsung's self-developed Exynos 2400 processor, and this SoC may be officially mass-produced in November 2023.
Currently, there are two rumored specs for the Samsung Exynos 2400 architecture. One is an eight-core architecture of 1+4+3, and the other is a ten-core architecture of 1+2+3+4. It can be seen that the super core will be Cortex-X4, the small core is Cortex-A510, and the large core is Cortex-A720, but the specific number of large and small cores cannot be determined for the time being. It is worth mentioning that Samsung has used Snapdragon processors in its flagship devices in recent years, but there will still be flagship phones equipped with its own Exynos series processors in the Korean market in the future.
In this regard, it can be seen that Samsung's global flagship mobile phone full adoption of Qualcomm processors seems to be a temporary measure. In the future, there will still be flagship phones with their own Orion processors in the Korean market. Samsung's flagship mobile phone is not only sold in the Korean market, but also has a lot of influence in the European market. It is not clear whether the European version of the Galaxy S24 series will use Qualcomm processors or be equipped with Exynos 2400. Samsung has not yet responded to the news.
