Thunderberry5: The first development board equipped with Qualcomm AI-CPU and benchmarking Raspberry Pi

        According to news on March 16, there are currently a large number of development boards that are comparable to the Raspberry Pi in the market, either with stronger performance, richer ports, or cheaper prices. These Raspberry Pi-like development boards mainly use low-end processors from brands such as Rockchip or Mediatek.
 
 
       French company MakeMyBoard recently launched a development board called Thunderberry5, claiming to be "the first Raspberry Pi-like SBC based on Qualcomm AI-CPU, similar to the SBC of Raspberry Pi".
        The development board uses a Qualcomm Snapdragon QCS610 octa-core chip, which includes 2 Gold cores clocked at 2.2GHz and 6 Silver cores clocked at 1.8GHz.
        It is learned from the report that the graphics part uses 845MHz Adreno 612, with 4GB of LPDDR4 memory and 64GB of eMMC 5.1 storage, and supports Android 10 or Yocto embedded Linux distribution.
