Recently, Naschip launched the first industry-leading NSR31 / 33 / 35 series LDO chip, designed for automotive battery power for the system, with a wide input voltage of 3V to 40V and transient voltage up to 45V.Its ultra-low static power consumption of 5uA and low voltage differential voltage is very suitable for automotive applications with high standby power consumption requirements, to power the MCU and CAN / LIN transceiver, to achieve the purpose of power saving and prolong battery life.
Typical application block diagram
The NSR31 / 33 / 35 series offers hardware designers with a variety of fixed voltage versions: 2.5V,3.3V and 5.0V, and also offers output adjustable versions (0.65V to 18V).In addition, the different series provide the output current capacity of 150mA, 3,500mA and 500 m A, which can be limited internally by the chip. This low power linear regulator also integrated short circuit protection, over temperature protection function.
These devices can operate at ambient temperatures of-40℃ to 125℃, providing a variety of packages SOT223, SOT23, DFN-8, MSOP-8EP, SOP-8EP, TO252, TO263, etc., to meet different design requirements.
