China AnyCheck completes over 100 million yuan in Series A financing

China's independent chip testing service provider AnyCheck Semiconductor Technology (Yiwu) Co., Ltd. recently completed a series A financing of over 100 million yuan. This round of financing was led by Weihao Chuangxin, and Huasheng Co., Ltd. participated in the investment. This round of financing is mainly used for the construction of Zhejiang Yiwu factory, equipment capacity expansion, technology research and development, and market expansion. .
Founded in 2018, AnyCheck Semiconductor is headquartered in Yiwu Economic and Technological Development Zone, China (Zhejiang) Pilot Free Trade Zone, with a registered capital of 107.07446 million RMB. The company has production facilities in Yiwu, Zhejiang, Yangzhou, Suzhou, Zhangjiang, Shanghai and Shenzhen. Manufacturing base, R&D, engineering center and sales center. Among them, the 25,000-square-meter factory in Yiwu, Zhejiang will be completed and put into operation in July 2022; the first phase of the Yangzhou factory in Jiangsu has been completed and put into operation in 2019; the Suzhou factory will be completed and put into operation in December 2022, and the Suzhou factory is the third test of AnyCheck Semiconductor. The factory is mainly responsible for core technology research and development, engineering center, project introduction and CP, FT mass production testing services.
