Nvidia is preparing two AD104 products, probably RTX 4070 and RTX 4060 Ti

Nvidia launched the GeForce RTX 4070 Ti with AD104 at the "GeForce Beyond" event held on January 3. Compared with the RTX 4090 and RTX 4080 equipped with AD102 and AD103, they are closer to the mainstream. However, for most players, the positioning of RTX 4070 Ti is still too high, and they are still waiting for more affordable RTX 40 series products.

According to Wccftech, Nvidia is preparing two AD104 graphics cards based on Ada Lovelace architecture, which may be put on the agenda in the next few weeks. It is rumored that Nvidia has provided partners with two new models, namely:
PG141-SKU343 – AD104-250 GPU – 200W TDP – put into production in late February
PG141-SKU345 – AD104-251 GPU – 200W TDP – put into production in late March
It is not yet clear when the new graphics card will be available. According to the production time, it should be seen in the second quarter, and may wait until COMPUTEX this year.
It is speculated that the AD104-251 corresponds to the GeForce RTX 4070, which is equipped with 36MB L2 cache, 5888 CUDA cores, and 12GB GDDR6X video memory. The video memory bit width is 192 bits, and the video memory rate is 21 Gbps. As for the AD104-250, the difference between the AD104-251 and the AD104-250 should not be too big, possibly GeForce RTX 4060 Ti. It has been rumored that the RTX 4060 Ti will be equipped with AD106 and 8GB GDDR6 video memory with 128 bit width.
It should be noted that the specifications provided by Nvidia to its partners are not necessarily the final products. The plan may change in the middle, and the final results may not be clear until the release. The good news is that players may wait a while to see the new products with AD104 GPU, and the price will continue to drop.
