Intel and AMD Expected Revenue to Decline Year-over-year in Q2 2023

        According to media reports, Intel and AMD, the two major chip makers, have released a quarterly earnings report, in the context of the decline in demand for consumer electronics, the demand for chips has decreased, both manufacturers have also been affected, revenue net profit year-on-year ring double decline.
 
 
        From the earnings report, Intel's quarterly revenue of $ 11.7 billion, down 36% year-on-year, also less than the previous quarter's $ 14 billion; AMD revenue of $ 5.353 billion, down 9% year-on-year, compared with the previous quarter's $ 5.599 billion has also been reduced.
In addition to the quarter's revenue year-over-year ring both decline, Intel and AMD, the two major chip makers, also expects the second quarter revenue will decline year-over-year, ring is expected to grow, but also may continue to decline.
        In the earnings report, Intel is expected to Q2 revenue of $ 11.5 billion - $ 12.5 billion, significantly lower than the $ 15.3 billion in the second quarter of last year; AMD is expected to revenue of about $ 5.3 billion, up and down $ 300 million, also less than the $ 6.55 billion in the second quarter of last year.
        In terms of revenue expectations given by the two companies, Intel's second-quarter revenue as long as the expected lower limit of more than $ 200 million, ringgit will grow; AMD is expected to be higher than the lower limit of $ 353 million to ringgit growth.
